Homnia Inc. Launches Global Holding Structure
The former "Yunxi Biomedical Co., Ltd." has officially announced its renaming to Homnia Taiwan Co., Ltd., and simultaneously established its parent company Homnia Inc. in the Cayman Islands as the group's global operations and investment holding center.
Celltech officially announces today its renaming to Homnia Taiwan Co., Ltd. Concurrently, a parent company, Homnia Inc., has been established in the Cayman Islands to serve as the group’s global operations center and investment holding hub.
Homnia Inc. Taiwan will become a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of Homnia Inc., advancing the group's global expansion and long-term strategic development through a dual-track approach.
Background of the Brand Upgrade and Organizational Restructuring
