1

Collection Box Use and Inspection

Blood collection should be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with regulations. After the alcohol has dried, collect the sample by vacuum blood draw or transfer it into a serum tube using a syringe, then mix gently to avoid hemolysis. Let it stand for at least 15 minutes (no longer than 1 hour), then centrifuge at the specified speed to separate the serum.

2

Blood Collection and Serum Separation

Carefully aspirate serum with a disposable pipette into spiral centrifuge tubes, avoiding aspiration of buffy coat. Place the spiral centrifuge tubes and consent form back into the collection box and immediately freeze at -20°C or below.

3

Portioning and Freezing for Storage

Ship the specimen within 72 hours after blood collection, using continuous frozen transport. Deliver it to the laboratory on business days between 10:00 and 16:00, and use sufficient dry ice to ensure a stable temperature throughout transport.

4

Frozen transport to the laboratory

The laboratory conducts acceptance based on serum volume, hemolysis status, and data output. Specimens with degradation or abnormal freeze-thaw cycles are deemed unqualified.

Acceptance and Quality Standards
